week 28

v515_4Not much to report this week–been busy with new work, lots of side projects & getting ready for our first camping trip. Plus planning lots of blog posts for all of you, including the recipe for the Mediterranean wrap I ate several times this week. (I wasn’t exactly eager to share the leftovers with Joe.)

Breakfast: eggs & toast or granola & almond milk

Meals: 
Sat. lunch: mac & cheese with beans & tomato
Sat. dinner: vegetables & rice topped with a fried egg
Sun. lunch: eggs & toast
Sun. dinner: Mediterranean wraps
Mon. lunch: Mediterranean wraps
Mon. dinner: BBQ broccoli salad
Tues. lunch: Mediterranean wraps
Tues. dinner: new job celebration sandwiches at Upland
Wed. lunch: pesto kale soup
Wed. dinner: appetizers & beer with friends
Thurs. lunch: more stir fry & rice
Thurs. dinner: pasta with Parmesan-butter sauce, sun-dried tomato & Brussels sprouts
Fri. lunch: pasta leftovers
Fri. dinner: veggie brats & chili with cheese

Snacks: carrots, pretzels, fruit

GROCERIES

CSA Share (averaging $15/week)
